A little about me

​

I was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and have lived with my family in England since 1999, after living in Hong Kong for ten years. 

​

I started painting in watercolours in Hong Kong and continue to experiment and paint in watercolours.  I successfully completed the City and Guilds Watercolours Diploma course at Missenden Abbey.  I now paint with the Studley Green Art Group on a weekly basis.

​I find the medium of watercolours exciting – the results are always different.  I also enjoy experimenting in mixed media, specifically acrylics, collage and pastel. I like painting in vibrant colours with topics such as flowers, landscapes and animals with lots of patterns and textures.

I have exhibited and sold my work locally at various art shows, and for the last couple of years I have participated in the Bucks Art Weeks at St Nicholas Church, Kingsey.
